    Great trainers, very helpful and friendly! No dirty contracts, you can either buy classes in packs or get a membership. Membership is very decently priced for instruct led classes, and you can cancel at any time with no contract to fulfill. If you are looking for a serious workout that will make you sweat, this is the place to go.

    Soulpower is warm, welcoming, & upbeat. It is a great asset to the community by cultivating connection. It is a fun place to go & I highly recommend it!

    A wonderful, comfortable, welcoming atmosphere! Darla teaches an excellent Group Power class and makes fitness fun.
