    Ive been there twice, the first time i went my hair was uneven, whatever I thought it was a one time thing, couple months later i went back for another trim, looked great, until i got home and looked in the mirror i had a patch of hair that was waaay longer than the rest, she had that patch of hair behind my ear when she cut so when it wasnt behind my ear it stuck out like a sore thumb. Easy to say I will not be going back
